Before Harrison was President, he was best known for his leadership in the War of 1812 and the Indian Wars.
William H. Harrison died after only a month in office. He had made a long inaugeration speech when he became president, spending the whole time outside in the cold. He caught pneumonia and died soon after.

William Henry Harrison was elected president in 1841. He was president a month. He was born in 1773. He was born in Berkley,VA. He was the youngest of seven children. At age 14 he went to college to study medicine. He was homeschooled. He married Anna Symmes.
William Henry Harrison had six boys. They were named John Cleves,William,John Scott,Benjamin,Carter,and James. He had four girls named Elizibeth,Lucy,Mary,and Anna. William Henry Harrison was the first president to die in office. He died of pneumonia on April 4,1841. His grandson was president, his name was Benjamin Harrison.
